The first Llandovery Theatre Festival was in 1976.  The aim was to write 2 new plays every year, producing them alongside concerts, music halls, and visiting artistes.

Jeff was our photographer for many years.  He could make himself invisible while photographing on stage,   within the action of the play, without disturbing the actors – he was a master of his craft.
